Grand Prix Farms at Palm Beach Next to the Palm Beach Polo and Country Club horse show facility, this 330 acre
project was to house two different groups. Harrison·Banks worked with the developer and his
planning team, designing a project for the special needs of high-ranking show jumping competitors,
as well as those who enjoy the ambiance created by horses.
The project offered two different types of lots. Riders who must compete in the Palm Beach
winter season to stay in the standings, would have been able to purchase lots made up of multiples
of 2.5 acre parcels, primarily designed for barns and paddocks. Riders could also have built houses
on these lots, but housing for horses was the primary concern.
Non-riders desiring security, design control and general atmosphere were to have been able to
purchase 1 acre lots connected to, but separate from the riders.
